I've been to mountain creek a solid 5+ times now and I still cant get used to the lippy jumps. We took a trip up to killington and I comfortably was crushing all of blue magic and by end of the day I was clearing a good chunk of the jumps on black magic.
Yeah eventually I'll have to invest in a chest protector. But yeah front rebound instead of rear rebound is quite a unique one but those kind of jumps will do it to ya 😂.
@@splooshmtb I almost did the same thing in Hot Springs, AR. They re-did the trail jumps on my 2nd trip there, and one sent me flying, but I was able to level it out.
You're fighting your bike on the take-off, off the lip of the jump. I see your bike pushing back on you instead of following the trajectory of the jump.
I totally agree. These lips are not what I'm used to at all. I love the ones on lower Dominion, but upper is a different animal. These are super short and kicky.
They stay open late, last year I came here and of October! Come through! ALSO if you come in the Fall, the whole park is yellow and red and looks amazing
