I always remember my Lolo telling us that we are lucky to have household help. They made our lives easier so in return we should always treat them as a part of the family. Love them, care for them and make them happy. A lesson that I will always carry with me. This is the very reason why I truly love Tita Small! 🥺 She's always been genuinely loving when it comes to everyone in her household. You can see it in their eyes. Their admiration for her is as genuine as she is to them... One of my fave vlog so far. Of course! 🥺😘💛

You can tell she’s an awesome boss cuz the household help are comfortable with her and yet they maintain their respect towards her family. Everyone seems stayed more than 5 yrs, some even over 10 yrs. That says a lot about the family especially Ms Small.
