Hi Lui, great to see you are so active! Mexico, Brazil, teaching and enjoying. I didn’t get a chance to note all the recipes, but still have some of a very good Cachaca and a bottle and a bit of Mezcal to still make some drinks noted that you posted 2 - 3 years ago. Sad about you not being behind the stick, but oh well. Nonetheless, very interesting and intriguing video. Loved seeing all of the cool stuff you were up to. However, I have a doubt. From reading stuff online, it seemed like Brazil is similar to my country (India) in that it has less availability in regards to ingredients which aren't domestic or are absolutely common. Hence I was wondering about Mr. Black and its logistics for the drink when it was made in that concert. Is Mr. Black available domestically in Brazil? Or did you use another coffee liqueur (or even make your own)? Thanks for all the content Lui, looking forward for even more amazing stuff!

We used a coffee liquor called Stok for the concert. A little sweeter than Mr. Blacks but still worked really well in the cocktail!

Honestly was a tad worried when you started off saying it was a remote concert in the rainforest (making me think they had cleared some of the forest to make room for the concert but was happy to see it was just a reformatting of their distillery. Think this new more IRL content you’ve been mixing in has been pretty good Lui, keep it up!
