Thank you so much for watching my video! I was really happy with how it turned out so I hope you liked it too! I know I still have a lot to improve on with my videos, (especially when it comes to overhead filming and actually showing the camera what I’m working on) so I really appreciate all your support & lovely comments, they really mean the world to me! This helped so much! I made a weird circle thing with a tail when trying the tentacles first 🤣 (I put 12 stitches into the 2nd chain from the hook....😭)

Wait so are you supposed to put 12 stitches from the second chain from the hook?

@@glidertrio4466 You put 1 stitch in each chain stitch (starting with the 2nd) then follow on the other side. You make a U shape with the chain inbetween basically. 😊 If you put all your stitches in the 2nd chain you'll get what happened for me! lol 🤣

I used a different pattern, and it’s pretty easy and quick to make! Takes me 30 mins to make the whole thing if I’m under pressure, 45 if I’m not

@@weebqueen2175 'Jacqueline´s life' has a pretty good tutorial to follow. Just search 'reversible octopus crochet' and it should pop up(I believe it was explained in the second part). It was quite easy to follow if you still can't figure out the pattern.

I think try crocheting an amigurumi ball first, a simple ball. It will give you the idea. Learn single crochet. I suggest that . But whatever you do , I hope it turns out AMAZING

I’m confused, on the paper that shows how to make it it says “six times” so do I do 6 rows of it? I did that and the circle is like wavy and doesn’t look right.. should I keep going🤨

That's how many times you repeate the pattern previously shown. (Ex. 2sc, 1inc....2sc, 1inc, 2sc, 1inc, 2sc, 1inc, etc...)

U have to do 2 sc in chain 6 and then continue to do 5 sc on the other side and u will get a total of 12 sc. As for the final row of sc, u will have to start with a chain and then sc throughout. Hope it helps!

I feel you, they were hard!! Some things I thought weren't clear in the pattern: When making the second row you have to do two stitches into one stitch at each of the ends In row five you chain 1 and turn like you did for the previous few rows but the pattern doesn't say to! Hope this helps!! 💗💗

Im doing this now, and im having difficulty with understanding the tentacles, mine are not shaped like yours. what am i doing wrong? Do you have a slower video ?,,, Im intermediate, and do alot of amigurumi.,,, mine are turning out oval ish.
