@@StrictlySealed I mean there's a class action lawsuit back in 2022 and still pending. This isn't just a simple rumor or gossip, there's an indept video by Karl Jobst which prompted the suit in the first place. Watch the video and form your own opinion.

You really gotta discuss the controversies with WATA though. Maybe the cases are good and it's user friendly, but being a collectible channel where you go in depth about future value and speculation, this is key information for your viewers. Not sure if it was mentioned in your previous video, but with all the praise here I think that warning is warranted. Just my opinion!

Lovely video man, love the form of the new case for WATA but it could've been nice to continue the longer label design, with it wrapping around to the back on one side (would've given them an area to display the grade for stacked display).
I have Pokémon Crystal and I'm so nervous shipping it off somewhere but probably should. I do like the new Wata cases. May have to give it a try with a cheaper game first.
I actually like any of the Wata cases (or labels) the best out of all of them. Even the “bulky” ones. The others look just so basic & bland imo. If I’m spending thousands to collect games & display them, I want it to look nice. The CGC cases aren’t bad, just not a fan of the labels. The side label of the bulky WATA looked better too imo. Now it is just clear. Can barely tell it says Wata. VGA I like the least.
Hey Omar, I get design vibes from you lol. Are you a designer? Great video presentation on WATA’s new cases. I was wanting to see the quality of those cases. I know that polycarbonate is more fragile than the acrylic and susceptible to scratches. Not sure about those cases but for the PSA slabs they are, compared to the CGC slabs. Now that you mentioned the VGA label, why Zelda made me laugh. Also VGA does need a rebranding of their cases now that you mentioned. Definitely an opportunity to use size fonts a lot better. I would probably design there cases for free if they let me. I have some games that I want to grade and this video made me want to try WATA more than before. The quality for CGC is there, it just that their Windows XP label is not my favorite haha. It probably has to do with the usage of a gradient, which is an early 2000’s design. Wata usage of gray and darks is definitely more professional looking. I just wish they used acrylic and made them as small as the VGA cases. I always like the quality of VGA cases and their sizes. I will probably have to buy a game that is already graded to see the WATA new case. Great video Omar. I wish to see more videos like this in the future.
WATA was never just a grading company. It was all about market manipulation. It's like he's ignored all the issues that have been brought up by Karl Jobst.
