Do not defend anyone if you ask me, if you find a man or woman of God that teaches sound doctrine just listen and learn but never defend them cause even if you sleep on same bed with someone, you can never know them. I mean even individuals do not completely know themselves and what we are capable of doing.

Brother and sisters, this is brother Magnus from Sierra Leone. Apostle Joshua Selman was trying to communicate the sacredness of priesthood that a covenant once held remains a convenant except otherwise. Outside of religion itself, if a child, grossly hampers the father or an elderly man of society, there's a repercussion; spiritually speaking. He was saying, we're to be careful especially young minister. He was not talking of a curse from a man. It was a curse from God willingly (becareful). If not all, everybody would agree with me that, he has never cursed a man. The Bible says, let vengeance he the Lord. So if the Bible talks of vengeance and also says, touch not my anionted and be my Prophet no harm. Vengeance belongs to the Lord. He(Joshua Selman) was not saying curses incur from a man of God but God. We must becareful!! This is not a time for controversy. Let's prepare the church for the coming of the Lord.

Thank you So much for the clarity.. Its funny how some take the words of Joshua Selman out of context.. He is very objective, and strive to do what's right in the eyes of God.. Honour is also an idea from God. It's about the balance he is trying to explain.. He said be careful not to attract a curse( Vengeance of God) but didn't curse anyone..

Yes correct but one righteous act isn't enough to take any man to heaven. Bible says we must be 100% in all obedience towards the commandment of all righteous instructions. Pastor Chris encourages his members to masturbate that it is no sin, that's pure satanically misleading. He allows his women members to dress anyhow without guilds to decency and modesty of holiness of Christ. No hair covering, cortexes, nail/eye lashes fixing are all approved even short skates in his own ministry etc. When his church dismisses, u will be asking yourself which club is this. Repent and lead a righteous interests of God Almighty through Christ Jesus.

As Apstl. Joshua Selman would say, the best of a man is still a man. Me judging his motive, he was just trying to stir honour in us young ones who knows how to talk anyhow. And yes, we are not made to curse, neither are we the Avenger, God is. There is something love does, it tolerates and covers transgressions. The body of Christ will not be unified as Eph 4 teaches if we keep looking for our faults; I remember when Pst. Chris said masturbation is not a sin, today I still respect and honour him. The goal is that Christ be enthroned in our hearts and on earth.

Many people use this scripture to silence their critics, interpreting Jesus meaning as "You don't have the right to tell me that I am wrong." That is not what that scripture means. Worse still, people refrain from judging because they think they will incur the wrath of God. We need to understand what Jesus means when He said to "Judge not." To understand what Jesus means when He said "Judge not", one will have to look at how He dealt with the adulterous woman. To punish someone for his sins is what Jesus was referring to. To mete punishment to someone because of his sins against God or against you is the meaning of judgement as used in that scripture you quoted. 1 Corinthians ch 2 vs 15 reads, "The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one." I hope you understand now.

It takes both compliments and criticism to make a great individual. Sincerely, speaking, Apostle Joshua Selma and pastor Chris correct the body of Christ with sensitive, wisdom and love with Bible back up . He gave us the spirit of love, power and sound mind. Not of fear, and timidity. Growing up I used to be one of the stubborn child my mum had to the extent I pray tantrums on her many at times but she have not open up her mouth and spell or say a negative thing on all of her children rather she will choose calmness and correct us with passion. Papa David Ibeyiomeh to me could not control his temperament actually he is human like us . The Bible admonished us in all our getting we should get understanding” let’s learn to honor each other whether rich or poor God is the maker of them all BUT I refused to be poor but choose to be rich. If discipline were treated in every home juvenile delinquency would have reduced by 99%. Kudos to you for being a trained Analyst you said earlier you are. It takes understanding to govern this world . Solomon was the wisest king that ruled on earth and ask God the greatest gift that human beings have not ask him. Joshua Selman is not just a “young man preaching.” However if you live a spirit filled life, you are fasting and praying, you understand through the Holy Spirit, He is anointed and is always careful about how he discusses other men and women of God. However, if you are just running a RU-vid blog, never been baptized in the Holy Spirit, has little knowledge of the word of god, and doesn’t have the thirst for the presence of Jesus Christ, then there are things that will be misinterpreted by using a clip here and there. Each of us shod strive to live the life of Christ and if we see things that are against scripture, we should pray and stop making issues like this, a good topic to promote carnality with topics such as this. Christians must pray. If you don’t do that, then give your life to Christ and request in prayer, more knowledge and wisdom in understanding the word of god, which is our guide to live holy. Pastor Selman and Apostle Chris were not on the same page. Pastor Chris is clear on curses, a leader or God's servant is not anointed or supposed to curse. Also said as a child of God, we are immuned to curses, even if its from a so called Bishop or whatever title. Nobody can curse whom God has blessed. Tbh all pastors have their negative and positive side because they're humans too. That's why it's important to solely worship God alone. I don't have a favourite Pastor. I listen to different sermons by various pastors because it's the word of God I want to hear, not what one particular pastor has to say always. I'm not actually here to support unnecessary curses and anger outbursts from Pastors but folks just should remember that certain behaviors have consequences and people in authority (parents, pastors inclusive, etc) still have the rights to lay curses as they seem fit depending on the issue.

Also note that there are different contexts to curses. The context alluded to by Apostle Selman is automatic curses that come on people when they mistreat a servant of God. Nobody curses the people but God Himself curses them, as stated in His Word

Wrong teachings, may you point or call for us, the Pharisees and other people spoke against Jesus Christ the son of God, many other people spoke against Paul and Peter and other apostle, they conspired against Stephen.. How many curses came upon those people automatically? These teachings are called intimidating teachings and scary teachings for people never to question their wrong doing and teachings as ministers of the word. In the new covenant where the son of God has come to die for the world and sheed his blood for remission of sins, there is no such as automatic curse when people are blessed by the Lord. This is a good question and it will serve well in a Bible Study context. Well, I think that, a believer is not supposed to curse a fellow believer.....however, there is a "possibility" of the curse working on the person if he/she is cursed My humble opinion is that, not everyone on the media is matured and well grounded in the faith as a Christian and some of these things invariably affects the body and serves the genesis for many divisions in the body. If I'm a follower of one man of God, I will definitely follow what he's saying without necessarily going through the scriptures to find out what really is the truth.. I think it's ok to have a single video and ask your question but contrasting a man of God's message with another man of God is not a healthy practice and wouldn't help the body of Christ. My fellow readers, some of these videos are not meant to agitate us. When we see these things, it should trigger seriousness within us to search more and know God the more for ourselves. @@benbiji2065 Jesus' cleaning up of His Father's house clearly tells us how dynamic spiritual things can be at times, in that; He can act as a lamb (gentility) and also as a lion (as in the case of cursing a tree, flogging people in the Synagogue, rebuking the elders sharply, etc). So let's just be honest to ourselves.

In the context of Joshua selma, even in our cultural settings forbids even disrespecting elders . So i see nothing wrong with respecting elders and attracting blessings or disrespecting them and attracting curses .

God does not allow anyone to curse whether apostle, pastor, or even other Christians even if you are wronged. The God I serve can never allow anyone to curse
