Ever wondered how I managed to grow such a wide, proportionate back? Let me share my workout routine with you More training/ meal programms at : www.vgalfit.com Instagram : / vladigalagan Instagram App page: / vgal.fit
I actually started doing that after watching the Arnold documentary on Netflix when he used to mark it down on a chalkboard…I was like 💡”that’s a good idea”🤣 because most people will quit because they don’t see progress, but if you track it and see your progress, it’s more satisfying
I use an app and its so much better and more convenient than a notebook. I know exactly what exercises i have to do and what i did last time, all so clearly tracked.
As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers ru-vid.comUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!
Respect to you Vladislava …. You are an amazing inspiration. I love how you write down your workouts in the notebook. I do the same for the past 10 years but not as detailed. I just write the new ones. I think I will need to do like you. Workout after workout, set after set etc. Keep on going cos we love your unique content ❤️
Love the Porsche, its definitely my favorite German/Sports car brand for sure, the new gt3 rs , gt4 rs and some of the turbo s models are amazing! Keep killing it in and outside the gym, really cool following your progress!
Resting is actually Extremely Important!!! I Never feel bad for skipping, also depending how sore I am after a heavy workout whether upper or lower body. When you train constantly, your muscles actually breaks down. It is with Eating and Sleeping, that the Muscle Mass then packs on after the breaking down. Hence, when you get on the scale after a few days not training, your weight would have gained, but with muscle mass. Rarely fat....SO REST...TO GROW...ALWAYS!!!
Great video. Keep making more videos like this, please. Could you maybe do a video where you share the supplements you take regularly, as well as the ones you take occasionally or intermittently? Thanks a lot.
I love how you look dead serious when you're talking... and then from out of nowhere you crack the lovliest smile, made me smile so many times.,.... So sweet personality
Nice video 🫶🏽 you make me laugh randomly with you because I go through the same things lol my workout weeks are not always perfect due to work or life but when I’m in the gym I go crazy lol 😂 keep inspiring my friend 🙏🏽
I prefer volume too - I tend to focus on technique and minimum 10 reps per set, even if that means lower weight. As I'm getting older, the joints are starting to complain, and lower weights with more reps still allow me to make gains without injuring myself.
@@janos3285 active recovery phase. So it can be whole month off or suuuuuper light baby weight workouts. Dont forget even professional bodybuilders take MONTHS off training each year. And their recovery is optimal with food, sleep, drugs to 10th degree, hgh, insulin, massages, blowjobs and no work to do and no stress and still take off months
Mesmerizing 🤩!! How can her camera man be bored? I could watch this woman train and listen to her talk all day 🤗. Fantastic stuff, great insight, and a huge amount of personal training detail 👌. She has become my favorite FBB 👍!!
Please Santa 🎅🏻, can I have my own Vladislava😍 What an amazing woman, so down to earth, and not afraid to let her hair down. So much respect for her 👌🏼.
3:30 This is very true. If you skip a week and come back stronger perhaps this simply means you needed a deload week? Or not? Because i have had times in wich i did not really need a deload week and i just took like 3 rest days instead of 1 and came back stronger also. In bodybuilding often times: Less is more. I think a lot of is still underestimate that its in the days we do not train that we grow and that we underestimate how much stress we actually put on our bodies and minds and nervous system. Adaptation takes time, always be patient.
INCREÍBLE,!!! Ver PERSONAS ESCRIBIENDO, CON LAPICERA Y EN PAPEL(LIBRETA), EJEMPLO COMO ENTRENAS, Y TU RESPONSABILIDAD, TAN PERFECTA, REALMENTE ENTUCIASMADA EN CADA EJERSICIO. FELICITACIONES 😄🇦🇷
I think if you kept a journal the weeks during the break. Then you discovered a benefit strength wise. You could look back at the foods, workouts even sleep times. Then you could repeat the plan
Can i give you one advice? Use the BlackRoll After! your Workout. Massage means relaxation for your receptors in your muscles. and when you train hard after relaxation the possibility for injuries is higher.
