Thank you for this video. Growing up with a negative environment I never knew this. God came into my life at 18 and I also read the Bible. I now know that it says words are VERY powerful and what you say is so true. But through the years and through life's troubles I became weak in that faith of speaking positive and its power. I've dealt with unknown neurological and spinal issues and I'm slowly seeking answers while progressively doing Dr. Morse's program. I know stress and my attitude about my situation doesn't help. I needed the encouragement in your video so thanks again! We are healthy!!! Truth is at the end we are all headed to death and will all become weak in our bodies. I rather head there in peace and having inner strength. Because many physically able ppl now will go out weak in both areas. Let it not be us.

Hi Madis! I had another question if you don’t mind. When you went raw what dressing or sauce did you put on your salads? You are a very positive person, been working on my mental state as well. It’s rough, it’s great you have a strong mind.

Hey Lisa! I ate salads quite little when I started this, but nowadays when I make a salad, I like to blend tomatoes, bell pepper, sometimes steamed beets (easier for my digestion) with some avocado or chia/flax/hemp/poppy seeds. I also like to add some spices (garlic, oregano, turmeric, black pepper). Quite easy to make and never have to follow any recipes. Watery vegetables + omega 3 fats + taste improvements.
