Y'all may know I like making magazine collage dolls, but I also really like random magazine images that won't really go into a doll layout, so I decided to dig into my stash that I haven't looked at in MONTHS and I randomly glued 'em in a new #gluebookjournal that I made! I feel like the best projects, or art come from instinct. If I think too much about it, it never turns out as good as just throwing things together. Which is funny, because every other part of my like is 100% planned out!

I love to watch ppl glue in real time...love long videos...but i can understand keeping a video to at least an hour when it comes to glueing. I love composition books to play in...glue in. Glue book I have been working on for a while is nothing but scraps. I find that fun. Anyway have a good one!!😍😍😍

I have a bunch of Crafters companion magazines I look at once and barely open again. I think I might make a few glue books separating cards from gift box ideas. Maybe I can make a flip book... half cards, flip over, half other. Two start pages, no ending... 🤔. Thanks again for the inspiration Laura! 😊

I've started a couple of glue books.....and there's a tiny part of me that can't quite wrap my brain around the whole concept... but there's a bigger part that says - it's paper and cutting and glueing and just enjoy it.... so.... I'll be interested to see how this unfolds with you!

I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around “random” but this video is helping! Thank you! I think im making my pages more of a collage. But I like doing it so I guess that’s ok too. But random feels “freeing” and fun too! Love your videos. And i always end up making up a story to go along with my pages too. It just happens lol😂 I need to go back and watch your paper dolls series because i have been wanting to do those for years and just haven’t started. I love the longer chatty videos too because I like to craft along. 😊

I found Nicole at Relax, Cut, Glue and she is awesome for glue booking. Inspired me to start a colour glue book. Funnily enough I find I enjoy fussy cutting. Who knew? This was great. Thanks.

What fun Laura! I used to glue book a lot with Nicki (relax,cut,glue) she's hilarious, but also a perfectionist. Ain't no body got time for that, but she has a great playlist. I'm so getting the itch to do some more... Keep it coming, but no voice overs....I hate that. Have a lovely day. xo
