Is it possible to CONQUER the BYZANTINE EMPIRE as the SELJUKS in CK3 starting in 1066? That's what we're going to find out in this Crusader Kings 3 invasion video!
Join me, Koifish, in this epic Crusader Kings 3 adventure as we strive to expand the Seljuk Empire and bring Byzantium to its knees. In this CK3 challenge, we’ll explore strategies for aggressive expansion and leveraging our strengths to overcome the Byzantine defenses. Will the Seljuk invasion succeed and rewrite history and dominate the region?
We will also have to manage internal politics, ensuring loyalty among our own ranks, and deal with various threats from within and beyond our borders. It will take skill, strategy, and cunning to not just invade Byzantium, but to establish a lasting Seljuk legacy!

Idea: Make a faith with Haesteinn, with the Tenets: Reincarnation, cannibalism/human sacrifices, maybe ritual suicide And with mumification burial tradition Get a lot of descendants and make the corpse of Haesteinn a court artifact (mumification) and try to become a descendant of Haesteinn who is a a reincarnation of him. When I saw the "Slaughter at Manzikert" I couldn't help but smile at the historical accuracy, as it was Manzikert that spelled a great defeat for the Byzantines and actually saw them basically retire their usage of the Cataphracts.

I did some light research and discovered that large scale revolts weren't common until the 14th century, so CK3 is overexaggerating revolutions in 900 AD.
