quick tip! if you shield yourself/crouch with a shield in your off hand, the Storm won’t be able to see you.

reminder, dont use optifine with the wither storm mod. the reason the storm sometimes visually disappears is bc optifine causes a glitch

This thing is so fast like after running more then 20k blocks and mining for maybe 5 to 10 minutes the storm catches up with me. I'm now in the nether just like what you did gonna get as much resources as I can in the nether and then I'm gonna build a new portal which will take me back near to spawn in the overworld that way the storm will be 20k blocks away from me.

this was a 15 hour play through, could have been shorter, but not by much, it's wasn't terribly difficult mainly just the fact that it's so persistent and can basically one shot you if you don't have strong armor
