I deleted social media (productive college vlog)

This made me think my bad social media habits. I am trying to break them. I really want to be productive and prioritize more important things and time. This got me motivated to build better habits, thanks Fred!!

Dudeee, the fact that you're properly managing your time in enjoying college, studying, and social media (wholesome content btw) is just amazingly insane and very much commendable. You're seriously my role model ackkk. Keep it up and rooting for you & for all of us 💪

The fact that he has such a wonderful self-control is just amazing! I really appreciate that he is focusing on his studies more than social media! I think taking a break from what means social media is a really good thing ! I hope your studies goes well and may your exams have great marks! Just do what you need and what you like to do and don't listen to anybody who says you are wrong ! Be yourself and make you be your first priority! I hope you won't overwork yourself too much, just work at your own peace! It doesn't matter the amount of time you study, but it matters how much you learnt! Keep up the good work, do your best, take care of your health and happiness! Enjoy every moment to the fullest! I hope spring will come with lots of good things for you! I know what it means to literally dive into studies for such a long time non-stop so I'd like to say this to anybody, just do your best, work how much you can and take care of yourself! There was a time I collapsed just because I didn't care about my health, I cared just about studies so I hope nobody will do the same! Don't worry if anything goes wrong, don't forget you still have much time left to fix it but keep in mind that your health is hard to fix in a short period of time if you don't pay attention to yourself !!! When you can't handle it anymore just take a break from everything, do what you like the most and don't give a shit about anything else than what really matters. Don't get me wrong, studies are important because they help us achieve what we want, but our own happiness and health is a way more important, isn't it? Enjoy the last days of winter and get ready for the spring that is around the corner, awaiting for its time! There will be a time you will be happy and you wil feel acomplished. The key is to take it easy, go at your own peace and everything will be alright! Life goes on! Life comes with achievements and failures, so what? We need to endure them and try to make a good living! Just follow your dreams, putt attention to your needs, study as much as you can, and one day you will feel proud of what you acomplished. Life is not about losing the rainbow and finding the gold, life is about ourselves, about our things that makes us feel accomplished and happy! You are doing great, Fred and everyone else! Congratulations for doing your best as you go through this life!💛🌸

for some, deleting social can either be really hard (for those addicted, and including for those who are stuck for work purpose) or even be easy in someway. but I "trying" is always the best decision. not knowing what we'll get from disconnecting from social media (for a short or a long period) is something very unfortunate.

And also Atomic habits is actually a pretty good read, it helps you stay consistent on the long term effects and get the bigger picture, Rowena Tsai actually has a lot of good videos on it if anyone is interested I really recommend her
