Thank you for your wonderful videos, I try to listen every day 💕 My limiting beliefs are often provoked by my health though, and it is often that I chose not to pursue something because I worry of my health issues disrupting my plans. I'd really appreciate a video about acceptance of long term illness and disabilities, it can be really difficult to convince yourself you can achieve anything when at the same time you have to worry about these additional setbacks on the way to your goals, like career progress, or even a hobby that requires regular participation. Thank you. My monkey mind wanted to be in control but I breathed deep and chose to focus on the affirmations. I feel great. I'm a stroke survivor and sometimes I feel frustrated about my progress. The comparisons of people are so real. So I stay alone and I like it that way. ❤
