For the fluid-like stand part, you could do a lost PLA casting, which is 3D printing the model with PLA plastic, making a mold, and then pouring in liquid metal. Casting is the only way I see the stand portion of the award being made.
decent idea but I am not sure if Plastic could hold the weight of the aluminium long term. Idk it would need to be tested in some structure simulation software. Buut if the head itself was made of a lighter material it is a very good idea.
@@TheNeonLynx you misunderstood what i meant. you 3d print the structure, encase it in high-temp plaster, put it in the oven. Then, the plastic burns out and you’re left with a mold to pour liquid metal into
@@psps7209 you 3d print the shape you want with low melting point plastic or something similar that burns away at high heat. You encase it in for example sand or something similar that has an extremely high melting point in a box. Then you pour liquid metal into a hole at the top. The plastic burns away and the metal replaces the shape of the plastic. You let it cool down and remove it from the cast. Now you have your 3D printed object but it is made of metal instead which can support a lot more weight. Although its not the easiest thing to do if you have no experience casting metal I have seen lots of people fail multiple attempts before they get it right and usually I see them use a core that burns/melts easier than plastic. Looking at the pevious comment he would burn out the plastic before pouring the metal which propably would work better given the plaster holds its shape.

man, I really love and respect Mr. Beast's videos and content, but some of his earlier videos are some of my favorites, 24 hour videos, ordering items off amazon, hide and seek, etc. Now he has become more of a commercialized show and while it is different and good I wish he would throw the old fans a video or two now and again.

From the look of it though, there would be a few stress points you'd need to reinforce because the full weight of the head would be stressing the middle of the liquid design. I'd say maybe you should add some clear plastic should you make this so the metal there doesn't deform from the weight of the head. Sorry, just my 2 cents.

This looks awesome!! I did have some of my own ideas while watching this, The diamond could’ve been the nose of the cougar as that was my initial idea As well as I would’ve loved the fractured look! You could’ve made it look like there was liquid poring out of the broken off prices or put pieces of glass in between the shards! I loved the end result though it looks amazing, great job!!

6:26 I really like it, it's a shame he didn't do that with Mrbeast's colour scheme, with the addition of the glowing eyes would have been amazing to see in real life.
I love the design and everything about, not to be some knock-off critique but I'd love too suggest some changes that could look pretty nice. One being adding the gem in only one eye, and making the other eye something else, or blank. I say this since in the 100 Million subscriber playbutton, they only use one. Also I'd love the piece connecting the base and head to start slowly going from smooth and liquid like to faceted and shape-like. I say this because from the back it really doesn't look that interesting and just looks like it's behind not, not really "connected" I guess is the only way to put it. But yea, maybe take these ideas to consideration. :p
