Ren that might be an internal ear problem. Something messing with the little hairs called tonsils I think. So it's messing with your sense of balance and so the way your eyes adjust to how your body moves. Basically your inner ear thinks you're spinning but you are not, so it sends a signal for your eyes to correct your vision (hence the left right effect) just like you'd adjust if you were spinning.

Heads up I get the same thing sometimes and it was because of caffeine. I slowed down with the caffeine intake and the dizzy spells stopped. It felt the same though, like everything was skipping one direction.
