if this is the last video we post before we hit 1 million subscribers, i wanted to say thank you. its been a wild three years, and every step we've taken this channel was thanks to YOU for watching. I'll never be able to explain how much it means to me that you like our videos. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. - Jack 💜
Jack, you're content is absolutely incredible and know that no matter what, you have hundreds of thousands of people (soon to be 1million😁) who appreciate you and you're team.💜
After seeing Jacob, Jaiden, and various other RU-vidrs post their experiences in Japan during Championship Week, I felt so happy for them. Glad you had fun, Jack!
Break Free Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. -Romans 12:2 When the Bible speaks of the world, it’s speaking of a culture that is largely hostile to God. That culture is on television, in the music you listen to, and in movie theaters. It’s a culture that basically says, “Do what you want to do. Please yourself. Do whatever it takes. The ends justify the means.” But the Bible tells us, “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think” (Romans 12:2). Another version puts it this way: “Don’t let the world around you squeeze you into its own mould.” All too often believers allow the world to influence them more than they’re influencing the world. Secular thinking creeps into the church, and as a result, we disregard what the Bible teaches and live the way this culture tells us to live. However, we won’t find the happiness that we’re looking for. Instead, we’ll find emptiness, misery, and dissatisfaction because we’re out of God’s will. Someone once asked a concert violist how she became so skilled. She gave a two-word answer: “planned neglect.” In other words, she neglected everything that wasn’t related to her goal, which was to be a master violinist. If we want to be followers of Jesus, there is an element of planned neglect as well. It means staying away from the things that pull us away and drag us down and embracing the things that build us up and strengthen us in the commitment we’ve made. We present ourselves to God, but at the same time, we don’t conform to this world. Romans 12:2 goes on to say, “Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect” God’s will is good. Some people envision God as the ultimate killjoy. When things are going well in their lives, they think God wants to crash the party and make their lives miserable. Yet how far from the truth that is. God’s plans for us are good. The Bible teaches that God is good. It also tells us in Psalm 84:11, “For the Lord God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right” If the Bible tells us to stay away from a certain thing, it is for our own good. God is not trying to make our lives miserable. He wants us to reach our potential and live in the perfect plan that He has for us. His plans and purposes for us are good. Reject conformity to this world’s system and its self-indulgent ways, and instead be conformed to the image of Jesus. As you do that, you will begin to discover His plan for you. Don’t be afraid to surrender to Him. Don’t let this world squeeze you into its mold. Live the way that God wants you to live.
21:17 Japan Pro Tip: Double tap a lit elevator button to cancel the floor. This sometimes works in other countries too since Japan exports a lot of elevators.
purplecliffe just seems like a chill friend you would go on random adventures on, which is what i think makes his content so great, he just feels like a genuine person.
I'm so jealous! I'd love to hear more about the food in Japan especially. One thing I really want to do in life is have an authentic bowl of ramen, and just have the food in Japan. This was so cool to watch, and all the events looked stunning. I really hope I can visit Japan someday, and have just as much fun as you did!
It's crazy to see how far you've come so quickly. It shows you got a knack for content creation and I will always wish for your success. Thanks again for having me and I'm glad you had a great time in Japan. PRE CONGRATS ON 1 MILLION! YEEEAH!

This is the first Video i have ever watched of your channel and I absolutely love your positive energy! It gives me joy to see you experience so much joy :)
i’m not a big pokemon fan and occasionally just watch these videos cross by on my homepage, but there is something so wholesome and entertaining when people get super excited about their hobbies or interest!! really enjoyed this vid :)
Dude I'm so jealous of you. For 14 years, aka my whole life I've been a pokemon fan and wanted to go to Japan, and seeing this video inspires me to work harder to get my dreams to come true!
Looks like you had a ton of fun! I would have LOVED to see the orchestra. It's so cool seeing the videos you and others make of this awesome experience :)
this video was super fun to watch! there's some stuff on here that i'll be seeing irl next year (going to japan as well during sakura blossom season, so the temperatures should be more forgiving. omg how did you handle the heat XD) and it was really lovely to see you this excited! here's to more purplecliffe~ congrats dude!
🍅So this is the magic word you need to search🔍. Start with 🅰️, then "P", put an ⭕️ after it, then 💲, put a "T" after it and proceed to 🅰️, then "T" again ending the word with an "E". Give a space Write "P" then ®️ followed by ⭕️ then P then "H", put an "E" after it and end the word with "T".
Y'all had me rolling with the constant joking and failing at modeling clay, and man, the menu at the Pokémon Café...looks utterly insane and delicious 🤩 Thanks for sharing this trip with us dude!
Purplecliff has to do a video where he travels around to find some "Pokefuta", the Pokemon manhole covers It's a new obsession I developed while travelling around the different manhole covers represent different local culture like the Sandshrew covers were all near the Tottori sand dunes the biggest sandy area of Japan My personal recommondation of a place where I haven't been is Iwate, which is a prefecture, whose name translates to Rock Hand and their local mascot featured on the numerous manhole covers is .... Geodude
I went to Japan with 4 of my mates to celebrate school finishing from Australia. Was one of the best times of my life and spent all my savings on Pokemon. No regrets. We’ve unfortunately gone our own ways but man this vid makes me wanna go back.

You so clearly put so much effort into the work you put out and I'm so excited to continue seeing what you accomplish in the future!
I have no words. This was the best video you have ever posted. I have been watching you for the past year, and it has been fantastic. Thank you for bringing so much joy into my life and a lot of laughs. I can't wait for your next video and good luck on 1 million subscribers.
It’s so nice to see your favourite pokémon youtuber/streamer achieve their dreams and have a great time doing it. Congratulations for 1 million, we are so proud of you, Jack!! ❤
This is BONKERS, and glad to see you being super close to 1M! Been watching since you were at around 200K, you've come a LONG way, and been a huge fan every step of the way! You never fail to make me laugh and smile :D
this video was so well put together! glad you had so much fun and congrats on almost a million subs. honestly, thought you would’ve been there by now because of the amount of work that goes into all your content. keep it up!! can’t wait for more!
About Pokemon Green cartdriges... They are pretty common. It was sold so much that it's wildly known they aren't even pricey. I bought one for approx. 15 usd from a retro shop that only sells original cartdriges. Basically, people import crap ton of japanese games and then resells them anywhere in the world since it's that cheap lol
Hi Purplecliffe! I’ve been watching you for a few years now, and it’s been an amazing 2 years. When I feel down I watch you videos and I feel better. Thank you Purplecliffe, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! If u see this can you please say hi to me? 😅
You’ve made it so far, when I started watching your content two years ago I never would have imagined you to get this far, congrats, and thank you, Jack and team, for the amazing content!
I really REALLY wanted to go the Pokemon Cafe while I was in Japan a few months ago back in August but the tickets sold out IMMEDIATELY, so I missed my chance 😞
I am such a massive pokemon fan man. I was tearing up just thinking about being able to do this stuff, idk what I'd do with myself if I ever got the chance
As someone who lives near Manchester. Purplecliffe doing those stairs takes me back to one of my earlier visits to Afflecks where lil me didn't expect so many flights of stairs. And both sides. And you can only get to some stores by doing extra unnecessary stairs to get to the same floor! 🤣
i am so happy i got to see this i lately have been feeling verry down and you videos help me and it helps me watching you enjoy your moments keep it up and you rock man
As you were making that clay Magnemite I undersood you saying "I'm calling him N-Word" and did not even question it until the Cafe section where the picture showed "Edward". I've had enough internet for a while lmao
