Wow these look delicious!! I have been so terrified to try pressure canning. So scared it will explode.... looking to conquer this fear this summer with home grown goodies!

But once you make up your mind to do it and get through that 1st session it's actually not as hard as it appears. There are tons of RU-vid (canning professionals) with videos to get you through!!
The process was a lil intimidating but im glad i got through my 1st session without any bruises!! Lol Thank you for your comment and the encouragement.
I heard you call it your canner, rather than a pressure canner. If there is meat contained in the canning jar you need to pressure can the food. But yes, pressure canned meat can stay good for more than a year. God bless.
