Shatter doesn't give lead popping, it's basically just sharp + frozen bloons

7:33 they meant to say Frozen, not Lead, 320 would Freeze Bloons and it couldn't harm them at all. All they did was give it Shatter and Shatter is just Sharp but it can pop Frozen Bloons as well, making it so 320 would no longer screw itself over. Also they buffed the amount you could stack the range from 5x->10x, surprised you didn't notice that considering it's in the description of the upgrade.

btw you can now get up to 10 echosense buffs for even more range

Part of the update notes was that Echosense can now stack 10x instead of 5x. Did you overread that part?

This was in last update’s patch notes too, it does not pop lead, the only difference is that they can put their ink on leads, so other towers can damage it.

4:02 it’s called the Mandela Effect, but it DOES kinda rely on the idea that LOTS of people believed it, otherwise it’s just a random case of one person misremembering something. I certainly always knew it was globs, and can’t say I’ve ever heard anyone else say blobs, but that’s obviously not enough evidence to suggest that there isn’t SOME decent population of people who did.

On release, BTD6 Tier List had this tower as C Tier. However, like you, I also thought this tower was strong or at least decent. It had nearly Glaive Lord popping power for its cost, a decent slow, and the buff (although not amazing for 1-2 targets) is great when applied to a group of strong towers. Now its much better at tier 3 and 4, has an even better buff, and costs way less. Sweet.

5:47 Makes it sound like you're easy to handle! 3-x-x doesn't get lead popping it got frozen popping, that's what shatter gives over sharp. mermonkeys are supposed to pop frozen since middle path can freeze, after all.

I think the update did something to pierce thats making the game lag really bad. Round 98 if a tower with low pierce is attacking all the bloons its fine but the second 5-0-2 carriers planes get in the middle the games lags so bad

For 2MP challenges, you generally want something that helps with the BAD layer, but lets your tower of choice deal with the insides, because you rack up pops way faster with the density of the ZOMG children than just hitting the single target of the BAD.

2 genies was so overkill. Just one is enough to take down the entire layer on a map that long. The best thing would have been either one early first strike, one spike storm, or maybe even just 10 geraldo mines would have sufficed.

shatter pops everything except lead and was introduced in btd2 for the sonic boom upgrade of the boomerang monkey and mermonkeys count as placed on land when placed in the ink range of the lord of the abyss which i discovered when the range wasnt bigger than on land

I think in update 45 you can stack the mermonkey range buff up to 10 times,would be gppd against the BAD bc,well,more time attacking it yn,maybe it would still not be enough
