On the east side of Kyoto, the Philosopher's Path, which leads from Ginkakuji Temple to Nanzenji Temple, is less crowded and allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto at a leisurely pace. Especially, the atmosphere around Nanzenji Temple is very calm and typical of Kyoto.

I am Japanese. If you return to Tokyo, be sure to visit Tokyo Station Marunouchi Station Plaza and the Imperial Palace. It's a wonderful place with a mix of modern and contemporary. Also, if you want to enjoy cherry blossoms, Ueno Onshi Park and the Meguro River's cherry blossom trees are recommended.❤😊😊

I'm glad to see people enjoying themselves in various places. 😊 In Japan, cars drive on the left side of the road, so it's safer to get into a taxi from the left side. And the door opens automatically👍 Melon bread seems to be a favorite of yours😂

I am Japanese.🇯🇵👦🏻 Spring in Kyoto is the busiest time of the year, so we recommend renting a bicycle 🚲✨🌸 Stay at a hotel near the Kamogawa River, and the famous Kiyomizu-dera Temple is 3km away, so it's fun to cycle around and see the cherry blossoms and temples♪ Arashiyama is a little far away, so I don't recommend renting a bicycle. Let's go by train or bus another day👍

Enjoying the Japan series. I tend to get templed out, like they are great, but after you've seen a dozen of them, I'm good. Unless there is an event or hike with great views, I just don't go to them. Mount Takao in Tokyo has the hike, the temple complex and then views of Fuji and the city.

"Embarking on a journey through Kyoto is like stepping into a living canvas, where the strokes of tradition and nature blend seamlessly. From the majestic temples to the serene bamboo forests, each corner whispers tales of ancient charm and timeless elegance. And if you're lucky, you might even stumble upon a group of mischievous monkeys plotting their next adventure amidst the tranquility. So, grab your camera and your sense of wonder, because Kyoto promises to paint your memories with hues of beauty, laughter, and a dash of whimsy!" Thank you Zane❤

if you're going back to Tokyo and haven't visited the Imperial Palace yet, you should see if you can make a booking for the gardens. They have tours that go through the inner palace gardens, but you need to book in advance to receive permission, and it can be some time.

My ancester is from Kyoto and it's nice to see the video. I'd say you'd need a whole month to explore Kyoto. You may enjoy "Uzumasa eigamura (Toei Kyoto Studio Park) while you are there. Have you heard The Japanese-(ancient)Jewish common ancestry theory (Japanese was one of the 10 lost tribes of ancient Jewish)? You will see some symbols (ex. hexagrams) in some old shrines in Japan. I recommend that you visit Kyoto to see Gion Matsuri Festival (7/1-7/31 2024) of Yasaka Shrine (Kyoto), also visit Onbashira Fesitival of Suwa-Taisha (Nagano prefecture) and Ise Grand Shrine (Mie prefecture) to name a few.

You have to understand that places like Thailand, Vietnam, Japan etc in Asia are FULL of highly proficient cooks that have the highest standards for quality. They can cook pretty much ANY cuisine in the world because they understand the technical process of cooking. That's why food in Asia typically very good, no matter what type of cuisine it is.

And p;ease come a River Sumida-ku and Asakusa Cheryyblosam. Famous place from Edo time. And please attention. These choice were Tourists choice. When you wait a Railroad Crossing, Please must keep a road for Cars too. Cars need more time for passing, Japanese don't spread outside road for walking. Don't Walkers enter in CarRoad. You see only front of you. Walkers are only walker, keep waiting to use in longline, Must respect cars road for home town people, Please see back too. (Did you listen some japanese uncommon car horns?)

idk about kyoto anymore. I went there in 2015 and it was great. But I feel it's the kinda place you go to once then never again. It's beautiful, but it's also massively over touristed. I don't wanna be nuts to butts with all the other tourists, I wanna have some space.
