I'm glad I'm not the only one who's better at braids than twists. When I say that people think I'm crazy, because it's supposed to be easier to twist than braid. But it's about the hand motions for me. I always braided hair because it stayed neater longer than a twist. So over time I just stopped twisting and exclusively braided hair. Mine, my girls the guys in the hood growing up (I was the plug for cornrows beginning in lile 6th grade lol) and I never even tried twisting until the twist styles became popular a few years back. Mine were AWFUL!! I mean HORRIBLE!!!🤣🤣🤣 But I literally got a cheap mannequin head on Amazon and started practicing because I wanted ro be able to do my own. And it's worked! I'm getting better every day, because I'm practicing. But it's nice to know I'm not alone. 🤣🤣🤣 This style came out gorgeous! I may have to try it just for convenience.
You look stunning with this style! Beautifully done! I tried the pull through method once and my hair wasn’t having it! By day two, my real hair began to poke out of the twists, it was frustrating.
So find that can happen depending on the how tightly roped the twist are . I didn’t have that issue with this brand , the hair was tightly woven so my hair hid right in ! Lasted about a month and nothing came out . Just something to keep in mind if trying this style again 😊
