a possible idea i want to suggest for the rocket shop is to make it have two levels, bottom level which you can walk into has extremely expensive rockets , but another floor which you need to enter by flying has the normal priced rockets

Move your skulk sensor and repeater over one block, add a comp in subtract mode right after the repeater, re-extend the fader circuit to 2+2, decrease signal at the subtract mode comp to hit desired timing.

Lore for the light wheel sound could be that the task giver machine was originally a way for the workers in the office to get their tasks and this is what made Iskall buy the building and its how he got the idea to turn the building into Mission Possible and since the office building is old and worn the sound machine has slowly broken down over the years and gone out of tune.

I think the tune really would be better the original way, the other hermits and their viewers won’t get why it is how it is

"How do new players ever figure this out?" good point about Sculk. I've been playing since 2015 but the stuff is just so obscure that it's not fun to play with in survival. I've used it once for a door on a realm, and it kept being triggered by passing mobs. I think Minecraft needs a real overhaul and soon. There should be: 1. New redstone components you can learn about by actually playing with them (like the Zonai tech in Zelda) 2. If a redstone thing is vague, or hard to learn without guidance, then in-game guidance should exist. 3. Villagers, books as loot in structures, etc, could all be used to teach the player things in-game

You mentioned before you can't have a filter because each book is a unique item, but technically you can have a filter that at least checks if it's a book using a bookshelf. Probably don't need the filter on a server with people you can trust.

what i love so much about the style you've built here is that if this ever goes into more phases you can always extend the building upward. this new system's design is awesome!

you have to make a mission where someone has to build the rocket shop for you edit: a rocket shop NOT designed for anyone in particular(but you have the permit so you can use it)

This solution is awesome. I think that pretty much everyone is happy with the way that it is now. Thank you for improving the Mission Possible building. As I sidenote, I personally would prefer the noteblocks not being reversed. But otherwise, it's perfect in my opinion.

oh that feedback is SO SATISFYING. as one of the people who mentioned that last time this makes me so happy edit to add: oh. I thought it'd be the sound loop thing while they wait for the armor stand to drop. that feels like the part that's more important to have that feedback for because it adds to the feeling of reward. reference: decked out 2 had buildup music before giving the prize at the end and it helped make playing be just that much more addicting

For the length you can turn a comparator to adittion mode (torch off) and add a signal strength additional to the strength the sensor emits

Like it! But... I really recommend changing the bell pitch to be of the same pitch as the last note of the loop instead of four steps above (a major third) as it is now. It would really make the two parts fit together and make it feel like the loop lands on that last note. I think it would also be fitting to time the bell sound to immediately after the loop, so that there would be no pause in between. That would further help create a whole of it instead of two parts. Love the content and your humour! x)

Mofe the pulse extender a little closer to the wheel, then after the repeater that reads from the skulk sensor and before the pulse extender, put a comparator that is being subtracted from. That way you can control the length of the wheel for longer

Don't know visually how it would look, but you could add a powdered snow block in the middle of the lights. It will line the mission book up to the middle of the block and makes it so you can't see the droppers

Tip. Use pulse extender push observer into a loop. Then use a falling monestable. ( Piston upwards with a observer and repeater on each side). Use that circuit to power you dropper for books. Just a tip, only downside is bit of piston noise.

To shorten the redstone power length 23:00 , you can use the subtract mode with comparators

Iskall you remember that you made pulse extender shorter??? Because you can put it closer to the clock by one block and it would give you in off space for comperator supstraction between reapeter and pulse extender

My idea for a rocket shop would be an elytra course for extra rockets per purchase. Set up a hopper clock that indicates if you win more rockets or not if you're faster than the clock. if they lose, they wasted the rockets they bought. rockets not provided :P

Hahaha your rocket shop is very successful. You’re producing great content, and the shop is stocked. Who cares if the shop isn’t build out yet. People need to remember the seasons go for over a year, there’s so much time to do stuff, what’s the rush?

I wonder if using copper bulbs instead of redstone lamps would look cooler. Since they’ll get powered 4 times each they end up being off at the end. The swirl could look cool too. I really want to see that now to be honest

Personally I think the length of time for the lamp loop is fine as it is, but if you wanted to control the redstone signal strength you could use a comparator on subtract mode after the repeater, you would have to move it back by 1 block to fit it in but it would be silent, or alternatively if you want more accurate control you could use a xiumavoid’s silent hopper pulse extender instead of the comparator loop.

Wouldn't using non random storage devices like hoppers and barrels prevent lots of missions from being used? The hopper and barrel will only push through the most left/most upper left mission onto the next stage. Meaning any books that aren't in those locations would just be stuck there. A couple of ways I can think of to fix this is to only use droppers, or to not add the used missions back into the mix until a certain amount of missions have been used. Though with this second option you might be stuck with the same issue again. Maybe if you use another dropper or two in between the main storage and The in use missions.... Which you might as well just use droppers for all the storage at that point anyway. I'm not Redstone genius but that is just what seems likely to me.

For your input, could you add a piston to the circuit with a redstone block that's 6 away from the input pulse extender to get a signal strength of exactly 9?

Maybe delay the 'ding' so it coincides exactly with the dropper?

What about honey-vator like Xisuma's, it is also compact but can be used for each floor.

To strengthen your weak signal, cant you subtract that signal from a signal of 15? Redstone block on back of comparator (subtract mode); weak signal X into side; comparator output = 15-X

Haha, while the down tuning is hilarious, I don't think it's good for the grand opening for any new hermits who join. But it'd be great to switch it to the down tuning for the final phase, or at least a later phase. Maybe that's an idea - change the tuning for each phase!

I hope this doesn’t make you change everything BUT what if you added the bell to the coin turn in. Go with me here… you put the coins in the barrel and THEN smack the bell… the lights go in a circle around the dropper of the armor stand… that way you can keep your book shelf, have the bell, have the lights, have the sound, and the armor stand reveal! AND all on the same floor.

Each winner of the previous phase gets an acknowledgment for others to walk by on the main level.

I think you should either increase the amount of challenges or set the cost down to 1 coin. BECAUSE... :D ... If I'm a Hermit, I would prefer max one Challenge per Episode and it would be great getting a result in the same Video. Also If they do more (so like 2 or 3 a Week) they will do with a high chance the same Challenge in the same Month.

You should tune it like getting an item in Mario Kart. I think its like A C E A2 C2 E A2 C2 So that'd be 1 5 9 13 17 9 13 17 That might be in the wrong mode, one or two keys might need to be changed so its a Major scale instead of minor or whatever.
