Nightblue, you need to go Ruunan's, Nashor's and Rageblade as your core if you're going to build Machine Gun Lulu. You can top that core off with BORK, Rylai's, Lich, ER or Wit's, depending on what you're facing. DD is a waste of time on Lulu and you don't have to sacrifice AP to go full ATKSPD.

I just got done solo top with lulu I basically focussed on her Q attack which is her only special attack it's not damage big but the fact that it can go through an entire line of minions is so much mass damage spread out and stunning an enemy with that same Q attack let's you stun champions while your minions pile up damage on them so overpowered.
