Hello RU-vidrs! Welcome to another episode. Today we are at Day 2 of Met Regatta competing in a different cup vs Day 1 but still in the same championship single category. Yesterday started the regatta as a whole off very well rowing 2k on the water faster than I ever have before. Today I wanted to try some different strategies and it ended up paying off! I came away with another PB and probably the most successful string of racing I have ever done in the single. Really positive signs for the work I have been doing so looks like I will continue with that! I hope you enjoy!
