For the past three years, I've suffered from a really severe form of chronic insomnia, onset by the removal of a brain tumour. Since the surgery, I've gotten an average of about an hour and a half of sleep a night with many completely sleepless nights mixed in. Niko isn't downplaying any of the effects of prolonged exhaustion, it's hell. Wouldn't recomend

I have ADHD and get fairly normal bouts of insomnia. I've actually been up to a little over 7 days or so. I was definitely thinking, reacting slower. Had very little focus. And would get spooked at almost anything because my reaction time was shot. Never had any sort of hallucinations though. No nosebleeds either.
