you can move a lot quicker. when you aim at the floor infront the cursor will become a circle, just click and youll move that part of the street

One tip I'd give you is to look for websites on signs and vehicles. At the end it usually gives you a location of the country. Example would be hungry as .hu also flags can be helpful to look out for. Keep up the good work BigT
