If you are a true born-again Christian, Jesus has ALREADY set you free. His resurrection power is already in you, and He has given you ALL AUTHORITY over every demon and principalities. Just take your authority and "SPEAK" to those spirits and powers of addictions and cigarettes, tell them "You bind them In Jesus name and cast them out, ." Just take the steps to quit. Jesus will help you with your cravings if you run to Him. We have to do the leg work. It is painful but it can be done. I never thought I could do it but now 25 years with no cigarettes. You can do it! But you must take action. Sin is fun - no doubt about it. I smoked 43 yrs I went through deliverance and never smoked again. The thing is people think if you have deliverance then you don’t have cravings. Last time I checked smoking wasn't a sin. Never seen thou shalt not smoke. Yea it's a bad habit but so is buying excessive amounts of shoes.

Then pray as follows: - Father in the name of Jesus, let the Blood of Jesus, destroy anything in me that is making me to smoke, drink or addicted to drugs. - Holy Ghost fire, burn from the top of my head to the soles of my feet, in the name of Jesus. - Blood of Jesus, enter my spirit, soul and body, in the name of Jesus. - Let the blood of Jesus be transfused into my blood vessels, in the name of Jesus. - O Lord, baptize me with the Holy Ghost and fire, in the name of Jesus. 3. Add fasting to your prayers regularly. The Lord will give you the victory in Jesus'name.

I'm sorry to hear that. At least a seed was planted. I have been wondering what is the best way to evangelize to close friends without pushing them away from Christ? I have a friend who claims to be Christian but is living a life of unrepentant sin and I'm worried about her soul.
