I Discovered a Bird that 0.000001% of Birders Find! 

On May 17th, I discovered the rarest bird I've ever encountered in my life. A class 3 ABA rarity was in Laguna Beach, California. This Masked Booby is hardly ever spotted in the United States, and out of the millions of people across America, per year, roughly 50 discoveries are made in total. This is the story of how I found it.
