I DISCOVERED AN ILLAOI HEARTSTEEL STACK HACK! (ILLAOI E = FREE PROCS) 

A nice.... "feature" of Illaoi's kit is that if you have only 40 mana, you can quickly press first Q and during the slam animation you can W for no mana because the game still thinks you had 40 mana instead of 0. The joys of maining the Tentacle Mommy.

Something important to note: The clone has it's own heartsteel proc, but doesn't share the cooldown between E casts. The clone is considered a completely new champion every time it's summoned, regardless if it's the same base champion over and over. So you can potentially get heartsteel stacks off E cooldown alone if you land it every time.

The jinx came online at the end there. Illaoi taking so much aggro was perfect for em. Gets excited and start doing crazy damage. Honestly there was no hope in this game after about 5 mins. Shen messed up really bad getting bullied out of lane.

everytime illoi makes a new clone she can stack it with heartsteel or proc any effect that has a unique timer for each champion because the clone is treated as a new champion target.

Illaoi is a nightmare to deal with but honestly id rather deal with illaoi any day of the week over dealing with Teemo/Nasus Teemo is cancer and just blinds you every 3 seconds, and all nasus knows how to do is wither every 2 seconds and bonk

You also don't have to wait for the cooldown on heartsteel. A new spirit counts as a different target
