'I Do My Job on a Literal Podium' 

Julia Baumanis can bring the student section at Jersey Mike's Arena to its feet with the Pep Band, jump into a more formal role leading the concert band all while serving as a role model as the first woman to hold the job of assistant director of Rutgers University Bands.
