Was very impressed Not even answer by giving you a contact number. Excellent. Officer: Well done to you too. You never let your ego run amok like some. You were professional, did what you had to do and walked away , so we'll done to all involved.
You can also just say “officer I really don’t feel like discussing my day today, thank you for understanding” and if they still press you can say “I am not discussing my day with you and if you continue to ask me questions I am going to remain silent”
@@karlelbeck320 I despise cops as most are gits, but to be fair, this was an example, in its generality, of how a police stop should be - cop doing their job and trying to get information without being an aggressive lunatic, citizen standing up for their rights. The only issue was her trying to give him a warning based on hearsay, that's when she acted like a typical pig.

"What is the Log Number or URN of the complaint that was made?" - That's when they give a 'Blank Look' as they think to themselves "Beam me up Scottie!"
If you ask me this was handled perfect by both parties....they knew they couldn't do anything except give a warning he knew he disnt have to say a word. .....beautiful
I've heard it stated before that someone repeating a behavior like asking the same question over and over again and expecting a different result could be a sign of insanity. Looks like you ran into the police on feelings patrol. Someone reported to the police that they felt you were speeding so the feelings police patrol was dispatched to pull you over and ask if you'd liked to self-incriminate yourself. It doesn't make a whole a lot of sense.
That was well done. Just hit that sweet spot between being forceful yet respectful enough. I’m no solicitor but I would have also answered the things you did, like how to address you etc, while pulling down the shutters on anything they might have used to pin you. Nice job.
@@Fraserburgh_dashcam Don't be too hard on yourself. These pigs have qualified immunity, and threats of public order offences to hide behind. What do we have other than obstinance?
New-COP, Asks Guy, with Van, At Side Of Road, For Something. His Reply;- "I DONT ANSWER QUESTIONS".! The Cops Reply;- "DO YOU HAVE YOUR DRIVING LICENSE".? HIS REPLY,- "I think, I Do".! COPS 3rd Question, "What Should I Call You, Mr Adams, Or, David."? His Reply, "David."! HILARIOUS-COMEDY-GOLD.! 😅😂😅😂😅😂😅😂😅😂
Well done this guy. According to the document published by Police Scotland entitled, Police Scotland Know Your Rights. On page 5 paragraph 3, it states, if you are stopped by a police officer, you are 'entitled' to know the officers name, number, station they are attached to and the reason for the encounter. I insist on calling them constables not officers.
I am really not sure about rights in other countries. It’s not like I have learned other places constitution’s. I don’t even know which ones have constitution’s. Other than the USA. I know some do, just don’t know how many and which ones.
Any sign of the investigation into the missing £600000 ring fenced SNP money, coming to a conclusion? It's nearly a year now, how difficult is it to get bank statements from a government known for being open and transparent?
I would suggest the vehicle was either travelling in excess of the speed limit or it wasn't. If someone wants to allege it was they need to support the claim with a fully calibrated Home Office approved device. Therefore a person guessing at the rate of a vehicle's perambution does not constitute the requirements of an official speed measuring device, which in turn highlights the utter incompetence of this pair of Home Office approved cattle-heads.
If it’s not caught on camera how can the police do you for speeding, it was alleged, means somebody said but there’s no proof so without that how can he get done
The police mentioned a dashcam recording of the event. I know if you rely on your dashcam to prove you were not to blame they look throughout the recordings to see if you were speeding.
If you say you don't answer questions , always say be that ,"we stand under common law the law of the land, under common law we have the right to remain silent, anonymous and not to incriminate ourselves💪😊
@@taIlboyandy23 the free right to travel in an automobile of the time, private conveyance, (driver) means operating in a commercial capacity, for profit or gain , travel is not under that category
Absolutely not. It is your right not to answer any questions unless legally obligated to do so. He wasn't rude about it, just simply stating a fact. A lot of auditors could learn a lot from this guy - to the point, not incriminating himself yet is not rude or abrasive to someone simply trying to do their job.
In the UK a driver of a motor vehicle is legally obliged to present their driving licence when ordered to by the police or produce it at a police station of their own choice within the week.
Officer ''Is everrrrrything corrrrect on yourrrrr licence?" Driver..''I don't answerrrrr questions on the grrrrounds it may incrrrrriminate me coz it's a fake!"🙊 whoops!
How's it going - take it from a "well informed source" your name, date of birth, address and vehicle details (VRM etc) are on the north A division police intranet briefing pages along with some instructions for local police to follow should they encounter you. Most people indirectly get themselves nicked by opening their stupid gobs, so saying nothing is always the best policy..Let them do the work, no need to help.
Pulling somebody over to give words of advise regarding something they cant prove.... How is that not considered an abuse of power? Either have enough to nick someone or issue a ticket or just piss off and leave people alone. Do they watch the dash cam compilation videos and go looking for all the drivers in those... no
No. But he passed a camera van going 55 in a van.. it wasn't triggered because the speed limit was 60mph for cars.. for vans it's 50 so they didn't have a photo.... Hence the stop to try for a confession...
You don't answer questions? You answered I think I do when she asked the questions do you have your driver's license and what is the best way to address you...David. She did that well.
Another dumbass 🤦♂️ There is a difference between incriminating questions and non incriminating questions You can safely answer non incriminating questions I guess that is too difficult for a dumbass to understand 🤦♂️
Police trying to get you to incriminate yourself me thinks, well done for the not answering questions, looked a bit like a fishing exercise to me , what happened nothing I take it
