Useful Video! I used to take a lot of harsh words from others and being nice to them because I hate fighting with others. Over the period it developed a low in my thoughts and sometimes I was feeling like am I really worth in this society. That statement "Don't take any shit from others" is meaningful. If we don't take it, then it will not be in our container. It just remained my grandmother came alive ghosh!

very good points * be nice to others * you are the one who judge yourself * never underestimate yourself * set your own priorities and be natural * don't ever try to compare with others * dress up decently and have a small smile on face even if you are disturbed * be yourself and don't give shit if someone has negetive attitiude towards you * don't feel ashamed of your weakness let it show up to others * don't fear in situations where you feel uncomfortable
