People just want to hear or learn what is suitable for them. For what they think it should be based on their knowledge, tradition, prujudices. And that not the way of learning. Listen to JK & understand him and even have courage to live for what he was talking is almost impossible for people. Because they are so heavily conditioned like JK already said.
This is not the quote that most people take it to be. He does not have a problem because all of his needs where taken care of by...people earning livelihoods and making an income from his words. This is not to say anything is wrong here. No, nothing is ever 'wrong'. He also said once, 'If someone thinks I am a scoundrel, I want to know. I want to find out if it's true.' He was, just like everyone else, a bit of a scoundrel. A bit of a blind-spot, again, which we all have. These words are just to balance out those that hear this and think, 'Oh, I need do nothing in order to survive.' He had no ambition or conflict because others where ambitious and dealing with conflict for him. Does this make sense? Do you see it?
Ya it makes sense . I don't have any well opinion jk although his words makes logical sense to me. Actually I also think there is nothing to do really and on the other hand I realise there is so much to do , I have goals , desires and a purpose but at the same time I know there is no inherent meaning as such to all this , it's all part of the play. Is it logical ?
Well I interpreted it in a different way .in my opinion,he doesn't prioritise surviving or money which most people do.j. krishnmurti, buddha etc.are kind of people who cares about their parents and their well-being but the exploration takes priority over everything your family,your ambition or money .some people say oh I have to go to office today or I have to feed my family they can never reach enlightenment because the priorities are different.if you are Survival oriented then it's difficult for you to achieve enlightenment because a person risks his whole life over this ,his family and everything why? Because knowing the truth is more important than your family or money .
you're miles away my friend. He understood the true, basic nature of mind in which all phenomena occur. When one disidentifies with or doesn't cling to the minds conditioned habits it rests within that essential nature which is the basis of all phenomena inwardly and outwardly. That basic nature is unaffected by the desire, fear, hope, acceptance, rejection, and all the myriad things the mind can conjure up and when there is no clinging to mind, there is total freedom. It has nothing to do with anything external which is why he says he doesn't mind what happens because he is free from conditionality.
I think you might be misunderstanding what he means when he says he has no conflict or problems, when he says he doesn’t care what happens to him he really doesn’t care. Which is why he has no conflict within him, no one can deal with somebody else’s conflict that doesn’t make sense no one can take care of your ambitions or conflicts for you so no one can take care of his problems. He doesn’t need anything and doesn’t want anything that’s why he’ll never have conflict

but what he was cannot matching situation we are living in because he was saying that if you dont have money dont be bother about it But we are living in an era where you just cannot live decent life or survive without enough money or to say how can you have an place when there's so much people in the world we just can't we already doomed this existense is misery and we can't do anything about it so its better give up that hope which theres no space left for improvement. We are all just fooling each other into believing something. But the thing that there's nothing to believe in And its not village or some peaceful green place we are living in it is an modern world where everyone I hungry for money without it they will degrade you.
And he had money through the instituion which was promoting him. I dont have that privilege, but what is important is that - I dont mind going to the work to earn livelihood.
His point is simple. Don't mind if you don't have a decent life. Don't mind what happens. That's a free man. People gathered around him not because he wanted them, but because he is a free man, absolutely free.
Ug Krishnamurti is a crazy weirdo. Basically K gone crazy. It sounds ridiculous when you compare a legend like K to ug. Shows your lack of perception.
