I think Revalotion craft had such a lower rating because the creepers were ripped straight from the Mo' creepers mod which was actually a decent mod with a bunch of funky stuff

Just putting it out there: there's a tool called "MCreator", which allows you to make new mods (including options for blocks, items, mobs, biomes and dimensions) INCREDIBLY easily. Most of these mods are made using MCreator, so don't feel TOO too bad about insulting them...
