I appreciate it too cuz i used to get worried over if i think i didnt sound good enough & it'd end up being rly hard to form a sentence cuz i was focused on the sound rather than the words :( but not rly anymore!! Thank u!!! & Yeah, I'm gonna post the pieces on Twitter soon to help w that, I always adore when they actually do see what I made them especially inspite of my size in the community. Not to mention they probably have a terrifying amount of notifications to search thru to find stuff like mine XD Will def remember to watch sleepytime too as at least one of the first! Might even make a post when I finally start watching too, I love when shows can properly talk to both younger & older audiences, & especially speak to my emotions :)

So IME there wasn't necessarily a specific thing that flipped it for me, I think it was more a gradual shift in how I treated myself internally? Like over the course of a few years. Before that I was far too harsh on myself for every little thing, didn't really feel like I was allowed to be emotionally honest in front of anyone, & felt ashamed of my emotions if it wasn't absolutely 100% socially acceptable, & also grew up seeing a lot of stuff that *really* messed me up when I felt my emotions strongly, so that's why I think I detached myself from them. When I mentally admitted that this was a really unhealthy way to live & just wanted to happier again, I think I began permitting myself to feel things like 'it's okay to not have it all together' or feel the way I do about something & try to treat myself kindly like I try to with others. There was a psychology fact I read too at the time about how people who allow themselves to cry are stronger than someone whose just gonna suppress it to self destruction like I used to, & I still remember how hard that hit me but in a good way. Not to mention just getting back in touch with my emotions & trying to understand why I feel the ways I do. And when I did cry, it was actually happy tears cuz i was listening to a vid of someone I looked up to talk about finally getting to live her dream & what it meant to her, & she cried + I felt genuinely rly happy for her so I guess I felt like I could too? As slightly embarrassing I feel to admit that as I do. It also helps that i'm not 14 anymore, but thats what got me out of it! I imagine your reason, like everyones also varies, & some people are just people are naturally more & less prone to tears than others, which is okay! I'm not trained in psychology either, so I best I can say is to explore more about your emotions in an open & compassionate way, & don't rush trying to cry again since it's one of those things that can't be forced. & uh yeah! I hope this could help a lil :)

Probably not! Tho then again I cant say I've been close to that exact scenario before. And in general, if u recieve criticism? It's up to u if u would like to apply it, much less respond to it. Especially if some of it's made to elicit a reaction from u or even start drama unfortunately. Not all criticism is constructive, helpful, or even applicable either? If a critic's intent is also to help the recipient improve on something? Then there is a small duty on the critics to construct said criticism in a way that the reciever would be willing to consider. For example if someone emailed me in a considerate manner suggesting a different way presentation for my thumbnails if they feel too clickbaity to that person vs some vid with a narrative about how I'm secretly the worst person ever because my sona wears purple instead of green; & with atleast some incentive for viewer engagement by merit of being a youtube vid. Quinn Curio also has an excellent video on exactly this topic I'd recommend if you're interested. But yeah I hope this could help!
