Something that I haven't seen mentioned that I liked a lot and appreciated right off the bat is the "I hope I pronounced that right" after saying the name of the city. Too many Americans don't care about other countries/cultures/languages and almost as many of them are very comfortable openly disrespecting them so I thought that was nice
