As a 41 year old who's got a hand full of injuries I love watching these. I definitely didn't appreciate the years God gave me to play ball like this. I miss those days. I hope yall kids reading this who can still enjoy the game will be thankful to the Lord for the ability to play.
I hear you. I used to take off from just inside the free throw line and glide past everyone for the lay in. Now at 38 I settle for waaayyyy more jumpers.
When i was 29 i was shot in my leg and pelvis and could never play serious ball again.It was my life since i was a young.47 now but it was a hard thing to loose.

@@sporemaster97 he got suspended cuz he swung and connected a couple times but it was self defense. The league had to tho if u were in charge what would u do in his situation
As you guys can see that there is just alot of emotions that goes on during these games. Nobody doesn't like losing, but good sportsmanship at the end.
Now that was a good, fair game. The opposing team actually played well and tough. TJ's team hung in there and did not panic. The opposing team actually made a mistake sitting one of there good defensive players down too long, but the trade off was some buckets for them with another good shooter. Overall, a good rec game worth watching to the end. Good work!
@Tyrone Shoemaker Yeah, but it wouldn't have been close if the other guys were hitting their shots down the stretch. Sure, they made some big plays on D, but they couldn't get an easy transition bucket to save their lives.
only cause guys don't know how to play D, TJass likes to go right as most right handers do, cut that off as well as playing up on him. Most guys don't know to cover the guys strong hand side, they always play middle. At these amateur levels you will hardly find guys good at going left and right. I shut down the right side and most guys look lost lol.
@@wdiddy1 it's funny how you say that, because he was playing against D1 hoopers and oversea pros a few months ago, and he was doing the same moves on them. Are you saying that they cant play defense too?
I had a big guy trying to fight me years back (I'm only 5'7) and got punched, I wish I would have been smart like John and just run back instead of standing there like a deer in headlights. The previous video reminded me of this. Too many punks out there.
@@lifeofazero I mean not really as much as him. Tbh it seems like the other team had a great start, but overall dude in the black I think the one guarding T was missing a good amount before the second half.
@lifeofazero he was hitting them constantly but he better have. Tristians team was leaving that boy wide open for some reason. But 9/10 shots tj made he had to shoot over some tall ass dudes while being x2 teamed half the time. But the other did have a mean 3.

he shot really well and won them the game but none of their guys are in shape on the other team, they are to heavy to guard anyone on the perimeter..this why they age categories in alot of mens leagues or divisions
Whats crazy is how much of a difference it made with John not being there Hes a great team player Its tough for TJass to carry the entire team on his own!!! 🤷🏽♂️

I’m 45 I see myself in those guys. I used to get way too mad and couldn’t play anywhere near the old level. I quit playing men’s league two years ago RIP
This dude has the best channel, made me like basketball more. You can tell from any sport that you play, this dude has the mentality of any athlete who takes their sport serious and actually loves it. Someone who has a true passion for something can make others feel it.

@@lifeofazero His shots were from the same spot and right at the line, mediocre. He's primarily a spot up shooter while T Jass creates for himself and hits more impressive shots from range.

I think this is an old video, he said that most of the videos coming out now are from this past summer I think, and as far as Im aware thw rules were not that strict during summer. Not sure about that thou, correct me if Im wrong.
The other team acted like their contract was almost up and had something to prove. They acted like idiots. It’s a game and you’re there to have fun. No rings, no money, no contracts, just have fun.
