Nice to see real life racing! If you havent decided on which camera setting to use, I would prefer the first one, much more interesting to see the steering wheel and all the little corrections

I have been you long time fan (Since September 2020). Although I knew it was lack of funds that held back your racing career, what really bugged me was that a person of this caliber on a sim was left out of real racing and really wanted you to make a comeback. This video brightens up my day!

great video. i raced for like 4 years with these kz shifters and they are awesome the most brutal thing i have driven in my life. Now i drive Formula Predator (little formula cars only in italy) and have also driven the 2.0 formula renault cars and also an older F4 car but nothing comes close to beeing brutal as those shifters. you need a lot of fitness to drive these (some f1 drivers even said that shifter karts are more exhausting than f1 cars which i am 100% sure it can be)

I owned a shifter kart exactly like these some years ago and raced it for a couple years. These things are absolutely insane. The grip, the G-force and acceleration are massive. You just can’t make more than a dozen laps in a row coz you’re physically destroyed

Good old strijen. Damn miss the karting seeing this to be honest. Drove 4 years rotax max and 3,5 years a kz shifter mainly on that track. It was a blast to drive, but to heavy and to slow. Did 30.0-30.2 with the shifter, so no meaning to do competition.

Some of the best Karting tracks in Europe include SARNO,GENK,LONATO,WACKERSDORF,FRANCIORTA. Driving at anyone of those would amazing.

It was SuperGT who was to blame for me finally getting up and taking the plunge into rental karts and, eventually racing the whole season of Senior Rotax. And now, Mr. Opmeer you have to take the part of this blame too. Enjoy your karting season!
