I eat day and night and forgot about my blood sugar! This cucumber salad is a treasure!
Recipe 1.
Cucumber.
Red cabbage.
We remove thick veins.
Add salt and soda to the water.
Baking soda preserves the red color of the cabbage after cooking.
Pour in water and let the cabbage stand for 5 minutes.
Ginger - a small piece.
Chili.
Green garlic.
For the sauce: soy sauce 3-4 tbsp.
Apple cider vinegar 3-4 tbsp.
Rice flour 1 tbsp.
Rinse the cabbage in clean water.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Cook the cabbage in a water bath for 2-3 minutes.
Lightly fry the vegetables in a frying pan.
Add the sauce and fry for another half minute.
Let the cabbage cool and add it to the cucumbers.
Peppers 3 pieces.
Recipe 2.
Zucchini.
Carefully remove the core of the zucchini.
We do not throw away the zucchini pulp, it will come in handy in the second recipe.
Rinse well.
Blanch the zucchini lightly.
Soak dried cranberries in water to plump them up.
Peel the banana.
We don't throw away the banana peel, we will need it.
They turned out great rolls.
Eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Recipe 3.
Celery sticks.
Soaked cranberries.
200 ml water.
Chop in a blender.
Take 1 glass per day.
It is fashionable to add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
Recipe 4.
Banana peel.
Several lime slices.
Brew with boiling water and cook for 10-20 minutes.
Take one cup daily.
