I love Total Drama Island because of all the character interaction; even in the middle of a challenge, some characters got the spotlight and just did their own thing; in this episode, the boys pranking Harold repeatedly. It helps add more drama and flair to the episodes. Especially ones with challenges that most would find boring like this one; I personally will watch just about anything cooking-related. I feel like they forgot about character interaction in Pahkitew Island. You had Jasmine and Sammy, which was over very quickly; sad because that was the best friendship we got from the season and one of three good interactions, the others being Scarlett and Max and Jasmine and Shawn. Ella and Sugar was too one sided, Dave and Sky was weird, Jasmine and Sky was just really short, and there weren't too many warm friendships like in TDI. You had Bridgette and Courtney, Leshawna and Gwen, Duncan and Geoff, Trent and Cody, etc.
