Whoever they got to write this stuff understood Star Wars and its fandom waaaay deeper than Disney ever has. The memes, the running jokes - they just *get* it. Maul's intro with his many-bladed lightsaber, the live-action clip they used from Attack of the Clones, that friggin' Hayden headshot out of nowhere - pure gold, all of it 😂
Cody calling everyone "bro" is my religion actually 😂 I want him to be just as professional as always but he calls EVERYONE bro. "General Kenobi, we have recieved an urgend transmission from Coruscant, bro"
Not Maul singing Duel of the Fates XD Also whoever wrote these knew EXACTLY what they doing. It's not even about self awareness, just like, thorough understanding of the fandom. I mean, yeah Vader is a raisin under the helmet but I like to ignore that.
1:31 OH MY GOODNESS DUDE i used to watch this scene on repeat and crack up EVERY TIME, and somehow it still makes me laugh to the point of tears after all these years. comedy gold.
I have so many memories of these specials, the first three Yoda Chronicles episodes in particular, I remember the day the third one first aired I was hardly paying attention because I was busy building my Republic Gunship set.
1:53 I watched too much of The Clone Wars because I can't accept other voices of Clone Troopers other than Dee Bradley Baker 😅. Imagine if he said "Bro" with his Cody voice 😂
I watched the entire empire strikes out once. By far my favorite part was he’s explaining like “I sent out probes to find Skywalker” and it zooms out and they’re all around him I DIED HE WAS LIKE “NO WRONG SKYWALKER” 😂
3:52 IS THAT AHSOKA!? Snips what are you doing here!? Is this like alternative universe where Plo Koon never found her, because she was born later, so she never became a Jedi and she's just a regular kid??
@@alkigamer8581 okay that's actually really funny, Ahsoka, Aayla and Greedo work well enough as background character models, but the Sith Troopers just don't, though in all fairness, I watched that Yoda Chronicles episode many times and never noticed them.
I had Lego Star Wars the Empire Strikes Out on DVD as a kid. I remember I had just come home from school and my mom told me that they made a new Lego Star Wars movie. She brought out the dvd, I unboxed and was completely enthralled. The best part was that it had a Lego Darth Vader minifig with the medal from the end of the movie on it. My family and I still quote the movie from time to time. It’s a classic
