The show reveals they went to school together, Karl always tried getting with Julien but Julien never gave him any attention back. So he figured the next best way to get his attention is to become his "arch-nemesis" (yeah right)
@@Parasolhyena Maurice can't communicate the snails telepathically, Maurice and the snails can talk to each other normally like pretty much any other character in All Hail King Julien that can speak. BTW the entire Madagascar franchise is always wild, they've been wild since 2005 and I Love It.
Look from everything I have seen in the show Maurice laying an egg is the least questionable thing plus early we literally saw Karl perform an exorcism on todd
It's insane how Mort went from simply holding King Julien's foot once (a bit more, as mentioned by King Julien, i think) in Madagascar, to having an entire foot fetish for him.

@@alisa3674 ok so I believe that Todd is a demon child that is maybe possessed by one since I have watching the show a little bit to see about information of surrounding Todd and seeing lots of scary faces of Todd that I have been seeing trough the show I vary much believe he is a demon or probably possessed by one since carl has been doing the whole “the power of frank compels you” thing witch is a reference to a horror movie (forgot the name) and Tammy the mother of Todd said something about Todd being activated as if she knows what triggers Todd and I can’t remember much but given that Todd lives with probably a load household and Tammy being pretty much the load mother who always calls Todd and yet still acts like a responsible mother in my opinion (and judging my butterfish I can’t really tell if he really is a step father to Todd because I’ve seen many episodes of Todd being with other lemurs being his parents given that maybe his original fathers and mother is divorced) but I still believe Todd is a demonic child that may or may not be possessed witch may have some type of origin in it that may or may not include Tammy in to it despite that throughout the season that I’ve been watching i have seen Todd as some innocent child as probably a background character until he became some weird demonic child that acts as he’s innocent, and Mort sure does seem to not like him as much either. So ya that’s pretty much it sorry it’s long though
