Timothy never once mentioned Brad at all. Brad does not deserve credit for encouraging a survivor or victim being brave for speaking up on their own accord.

He's obviously going through a tough time and Timothy speaking up again made me (among many things) think of him and sth good he did with his platform. So i thought i'd leave some kind words. I genuinely wish him well, but I've been sick of his behavior. I'm sorry, but I just find it really hard to support Brad. While it's nice and all that he helped Timothy and other victims feel heard, in my eyes I feel like all that is less genuine after I see him doubling down in defending a woman who's a rape apologist and defends screwing animals (Rose Mulet). Brad said he was not aware of her comments defending rapists and SA, but that's been disproven. He's known her for years. I just think he needs time away from the internet for a long time.

I have a theory that Brad will always like an album 10x better if he’s reacting to it alongside a fan of the band being reacted to. Whether the livestream guest is helping Brad be more open minded or putting him in a better mood etc etc.

Before all this fiasco that happened, i was already seeing the pattern, yet i didn't expect it would crash at Brad's face like a trainwreck tho. If anything i hope Brad rebrands in a more healthy format, he was getting too parasocial with his community and that blown up at his face hard. Didn't help the whole Mulet thing was a serious issue. All he needed to do was apologize and move on, but he tried to please a community who would've never been pleased no matter what. Also his mods were already snakes, they taking over his community was predictable. Hope you're doing better, Brad, but please cut every parasocial relationship with your community. Be the best person for yourself and your loved ones. Be okay.
That's the problem with alot of his $ coming directly from his viewers. Once the income gets threatened it makes those relationships way more complicated.

I love whenever Unkle Adams is mentioned. He lives in the city where I’m from and I’ve seen him around a few times. I also know someone who's related to him.
I came into this album expecting just some radio friendly hits, and although I can see most of these going on the radio, at least the songs feel like they experimented with sounds in an actually interesting and entertaining way. It was a pleasant listen that was honestly refreshing, especially after the hell storm that was Mercury parts 1 & 2.
Tbh I’m here as a former Mel fan (I never knew about you before), but apparently you had your fair share of negative experiences with the fandom as well. Just wanna let you know that Timothy has come out again and spoken up about the allegations. Not many people are discussing it here on YT for some reason, so I think it’d be neat if you shared your thoughts on it currently.
Brad did nothing wrong, he literally did nothing wrong, but INSANE twitter hate-filled psychos took his own career from underneath him. Brad's own staff and fans stole his accounts and stole his career simply for a photo, and it's not like it was a photo with serial killers or anything like that. @@not_raine. ok, I just disagree on principle; the personal lives of these people ought not to be the audience's concern. I know that's a big ask in this day and age, what with the proliferation of drama channels, Patreon, and so on; but the people that make the videos on this platform (I dislike the term "content creators") are not our friends. unfortunately, some of them utilize the power imbalance of this relationship to their own ends, and it gives the audience member the illusion of friendship. it's becoming more and more normalized. everyone does the "like, comment, subscribe, join patreon" thing. i actually kinda sympathize with op. and ultimately I also sympathize with the content creators, because they shouldn't have to beg their audience for money. dammit, it always comes back to capitalism. but that's for another too-long, pretentious comment.
