I never heard of this game until you popped up in my recommendations. Could you please also show the selection of the starting positions? It would add up to the content since it's also a very strategic part of the game I guess?

There’s not much to show in it. You just want to start near as few players (biggest and brightest dots) as you can and near more bots(smaller and dimmer dots). He’s mentioned this a few times. You can double click to select your position as many times as you like until the match starts while the green bar in the top right goes from empty to full.

I’ve noticed a pattern with world maps that usually someone in America consolidates power first and it’s just about getting to the other side fast enough before someone conquers the Middle East

Time lapses here and there aren’t really a big deal as long as your entire videos don’t start turning into time lapses. I think saving the more exciting matches for the end is a good idea. Some of your older videos show realistic losses followed up by stunning victories which were really encouraging to see.

23:50 Looks very similar to the map of late WW2. There's germany (somewhat), vichy france + italy (although on the other team), etc etc... obviously not exact but its somewhat similar.
