14:40 was one of the first videos on the internet for me that made my blood boil. The screams of the baby and the husband and the poor woman who was only in her 20s, got hit in the head with a brick. It cracked her head open, and killed her almost immediately. It breaks my heart and is a truly, truly terrifying video and I feel unbelievably bad about tha incident. I hope the family is ok.

I found a set of RU-vidrs i saw that seemed very suspicious. You see, there’s a “genre” on RU-vid where people create posts on Reddit asking them about different things. That wouldn’t seem all too bad, but I found it very peculiar how similar all the videos really were. They all shared the same thumbnail format, with text on a screen and next to it some anime -looking drawing that fit it. Even the descriptions are the same. The only difference between all of them is the voice and channel names. I was wondering if you could look into and see exactly what is going on with them, and maybe try to find the original channel that made this content. Thank you, and have a nice day.

The first video of the fourth corner is just a compilation of old creepypasta images, the second one is just a video called « dolphin muzzle » which is a super weirdly made showcase of a dolphin disguise (a fursuit, more precisely) but dubbed with goofy text and in the 83th video of the playlist, there is a complete version where the driver then looks at his wife whose head is destroyed by the brick (do I really need to precise at what point the vid is violent ?) and has to explain to his kids in the back of the car (who didn’t saw the brick) that they can’t look at their mom right now. This video lies in a wormhole of the website and is surprisingly not banned. And I’m saying this seriously for you, DO NOT SEARCH THIS VID UP.

Honestly, i went all excited when i saw Boisvert there (the “Take Care” title) (Timestamp: 13:10) the channel is full of animatic stuff with the style of horror but the video that DJ watched wasn’t a video like the actual dark side of youtube. It’s just a story about Social Anxiety with a hopeful ending the end of it. Seeing DJ said “it gave me the chills/creeps.” Makes me just feel relieved that he didn’t say anything bad about the video. I was scared that DJ was gonna misunderstood the story from what is look like from the surface but he said what i exactly was gonna say if i watch it lol. Great video though! Sorry I’m not good at explanation, i don’t want this to seem like a hate comment for DJ because he misunderstood.

The videos in the numbers section and a few of the videos for the WTF section are probably ARGs or parts of ARGs. They have the sort ARG-esque aura to them, like if if you but them under a spectrograph you would probably find a bajilion hidden messages lol. Hope that clears it up.
I’d argue the most spine chilling videos are the ones in the found footage category. I’m referring to the videos that are real-life footage of somebody or a group of people doing something that makes us feel unsettled. It has to do with the fact that these real-life sightings feel too real, they feel like something that could genuinely happen to you at any moment and that’s what I think makes you feel in a certain way. It’s the fact that these are real people going through real struggles which you can relate. They have realistic reactions because these aren’t staged nor scripted (at least most of the time because there are times where this style of content can be a directorial choice).

Hey DJ, the guy whispering "When did you go outside?" thing part - the story interpretation I watched actually doesn't make the thing too creepy. Someone was having a bad time - got depressed, blah blah blah. Don't be too creeped out. I saw that one before and was creeped out until I actually looked into it, lol.
I did some research on the last clip, it was a man driving with his wife, and in the backseat was his friend and his friends child. You can hear the screams of all three of them after realising what happened to the wife. Truly spin chilling. Respect to you for covering all of these topics.
If you listen closely at corner no.4 the word "I know what you dread" was actually from a popular analog horror series named Mandela Catalouge also the channel named "Boisevert" was actually a series that was made to express the black horn guy with depression, anxiety etc. thats why he said "When did you last go outside?"

That video of the brick being thrown was, to say the least, the most terrifying thing I’ve seen in a long time. There’s some fucked up videos on RU-vid, but having literal murder being caught on camera is so unnaturally disturbing. Also, the fact youtube hasn’t removed the video after 10 years just comes to show that the people working at RU-vid couldn’t give a shit less about their audiences safety and security online. But I must say to you, DJ, please keep doing what you do best, and just, keep this platform from going anymore downhill.
