This is crazy because I’ve personally been a extreme athletic trying everything from soccer for 17years club/high school/ middle school etc, to tennis for 6 years, coaching young kids sports, playing beach/indoor volleyball, badminton I didn’t it all swimming , jet skiing etc haha I didn’t wanna stop. They urge and constantly moving staying busy keep my anxiety at ease. I loved doing things outdoor and indoor. However, as I’ve gotten older… I take break. I’m slowing down or being calmer. Getting in touch more with self care, working out when I feel like it and pushing myself when I feel like it. My bf I’d meet as well had some difficulties when I’d meet him but his heart was pure. He was dating others in hs which is baby stuff because when we hit our 20s which I’m 21 and he’s 23 it all becomes real. We both have certain disorders we’re aware about like I’d never been diagnosed but I can tell it’s not random. I’ve got like ADHD and anxiety and depression sorta but it comes and goes. I can’t stick still, I love to talk, I have a strong shell and with changes of the world I don’t let little things effect me. My bf has OCD and social anxiety
