FINALLY! This amazing album disappeared from streaming platforms by the beginning of 2021. Now I see that a 2023 remastered version is again available!
Can’t believe this took so long to pop up in my RU-vid feed ?? ♥️♥️♥️ Discovered Spem in Allium back in the 70s and it’s been in my top five favorite recordings ever since. The Striggio was instantly was added to that list. ( the list also contains “ A Venetian Coronation“ and Vaughan Williams’ Variations on a theme of Thomas Tallis.” 🥰)
