Guys, thank you for watching ❣ Honestly I was really scared to publish this video…It’s quite personal and touches on a topic that causes me the biggest insecurities rn, I had a plan after uni-an ambitious plan to succeed, but I failed so hard. That just killed my ego and shattered my self-esteem. I’m okay now tho! I’ve worked on it, and I’m heading on a better path, now. I felt like I had to share it so that everyone else feeling the same could find support. So if you liked the video, maybe you can give it a like and subscribe in case you're vibing with me? 💖 *Sign up for the newsletter: katarinakakkonen.com/fi/sign-up/ 💖
honestly I've never felt so related to a video in my life, keep up what you're doing and only focus on your own likes and goals, other people's opinions and expectations don't matter:) Growth isn't always linear, sometimes you just have to be patient and keep on believing in yourself no matter what, and despite what society expects from you. If you like it then it's alright. I recently quit dentistry school and still am figuring out my life because I realized I was doing this because of others and not because of me, takes courage but here we go✨
@@tiffanydanner4322 I'm glad to hear you could relate to this video, then I did my job well haha. You are so right about everything in your comment!! I'm so happy this video reached people with the same mindset! Sometimes God keeps you waiting... and all you can do is believe in yourself and be patient. Basically the ingredients of success-believing in yourself and patience. Thanks for sharing your story
I was truly meant to see this. I failed uni twice because of family and relationship issues that those emotions got the better of me. It had a direct effect on my grades and as a consequence I’m now unemployed with no idea in which direction to move. Job search has been cruel and I’ve never experienced failure like this. I’ve been ashamed of myself and I was starting to wallow in negativity. But your video has nudged me towards more positive thoughts. Thank you. Life has a plan for me and I will figure it out
I can relate to this SO much. I graduated 5 years ago, worked jobs i hated for years, moved abroad and tried to start a digital marketing business that ultimately failed. I'll be moving back home in 4 months and I have no idea where I'm going. I still don't have the answer of what my "thing" really is, but I'm trying to find it right now
Omg our story is soo similar 😮 What helps me is that is seems that no one really knows what they're doing (and those who really know are few). Sometimes I feel like a lot of people are just living on autopilot looking happy and that they have it "all figured out" but actually they also never care to stop and ask themselves if they are happy doing what they're doing. Anyway, I think it's a strength to try things, try to figure out your life, and find "your" thing-- taking more active role in life instead of just passively participating in it :))
Believe me I can relate with you in so many levels 😂 I have wasted a lot of my years after graduation and now I am finally working towards a vision that I always had.
I’m amazed how many people can relate haha . Really happy to know I’m not alone with all of this 🙏🏽 and amazing that you’re finally working towards your vision🥰
One of the best videos on this challenge and struggle to find yourself. This opened my eyes to my own struggles and mistakes that I keep making. Thanks for sharing your journey
Fantastic intro, and a great message your story/tips gives - I think we need to get more clarity of our OWN dreams and anticipate on those, in the end, you might have never applied to jobs or do something you don’t want - so congrats to your epiphany, valuable story for others 🎉❤
Argh, the thoughts are the worst-constantly in a battle with your own head😩 If you're interested, I have one video on overcoming these thoughts. I'll link it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6AtVlP4YSRk.html so you can check it out if you want. It might help you😊
Wow this is a great video! Thank you I too have been applying to 1000s jobs since being made redundant in 2020… I have dreamed of having my own online business for over 10 years…
Omg this came at the perfect time! I also just graduated from uni and haven’t gotten any of the jobs I’ve applied for 🥲 but I know deep down what I want to do and I’m starting to walk in that direction. But it’s definitely scary. Esp w societal pressure / the idea that my college degree was a waste of time. Thank you for this!
I'm so happy this video found you! Yeah, the job market keeps to amaze... College degree is still a degree, it's always good to have one. Anyhow, I'm happy that you're brave enough to walk towards the thing YOU really want👏🏻 Keep going 💖
Thanks for the vedio.... currently i am in my gap year preparing for an uni entrance exam.... and sometimes thghts that my friends are ahead of me in life (pursuing certain degrees etc) just eat up my brain, ur opinions were very much required❤❤i am ve4y positive someday I'd be in my dream college🤞much love to you 💗
I understand it can feel quite hard but just remember everyone goes with their own pace and there’s nothing wrong about being “behind” your friends. Just focus on your goals. In few years all that won’t matter anymore 🫶🏼 keep going and working on your dream to get into your dream college ✨ thank you and much love to you too💖❤️
First off, congratulations!🥳 and 2nd, Ah I know that feeling 😩 However, you'll find your path, just don't stop searching! What really helped me is realising that if I don't like something, I can always quit/ change to something else as long as I'm doing something/ trying and not standing still doing nothing.
@@katarinathesecond Thank you🥰❤ yes you are totally right! your mindset gave me a lot of relief from all that society pressure to ""just get a job"" that was really stressing me out:((
@@haderahmed9606I so happy to hear that 💖 I know it's so pressuring 😩 but there's nothing weird or crazy about wanting something else than "just a job".
