They really need to add intermediaries/agents but for the manager... Journeyman saves are fun, but the experience could be smoother as a manager. Have an agent for the manager, totally optional to hide it away for 1 club managers. Similar to player agents, manager agents could have different rep / region options. Set your employment availability (unavailable, curious, leaving at the end of the season / contract) - have filters for leagues / rep / finance / whatever, but when/why clubs approach you should be clearer. Make your wage/buyout fee (kinda meaningless to negotiate atm aside from taking a wage cut in LLM) negotiation be more visible and have more influence upon the game. Clubs / manager AI should at times to try to use these options as well, as seems to with player transfers now.

I’m Brazilian and a Botafogo fan. Btw I would love to see you manage my team. But to be fair the Brazilian league level is miles ahead of a ligue 2 type of league (especially the big clubs like Botafogo, Atlético Mineiro and many others). If you can pull a successful season in the top division then they will probably want you.
