Go to a black Seventh Day Adventist church an preform. I was raised in one and they always serve vegetarian/vegan food AND IT'S ALWAYS GOOD!!! *Now I will admit, I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian, but the food they serve tastes delicious, it's filling and vegetarian if it's not vegan. Its a part of their health ministry and you won't regret it.

I did this in June and towards the end my friend's partner got a bucket of chicken...I could not pass.....at least I eat less meat for a short period of my life. Next time I will find and get all the vegan restaurants and takeaways and get more recipes - I now love chickpeas so I just need to figure out how to cook my Nigerian soup without meat, fish or chicken.....it just not going to happen.....so I know no Nigerian swallow all through next time.
