Yes, along the coastal area of Colombia is where most of the African Latinos are, like Cartagena and Barranquilla, Santa Marta. In fact, there's a small island off the west coast of Colombia called San Andreas. It has a large population of Jamaican natives that have been there for many years. They're able to speak the Spanish and Jamaican Patois which is broken English.
